Fisheries
According to Wikipedia, "a fishery is an entity engaged in raising and/or harvesting fish, which is determined by some authority to be a fishery...typically defined in terms of the people involved, species or type of fish, area of water or seabed, method of fishing, class of boats, purpose of the activities or a combination of the foregoing features".
Fisheriest provide the country with fish. However, there has to be very stringent monitoring, development and improvement of fisheries, including monitoring water quality, wastewater treatment plants, and farm waste resources.
Issues that can arise from fisheries pollution include poor quality discharges, fish kill contamination, and dumping of waste illegally. There are many bodies associated with fisheries and liasing closely with these authorities, which include Local Authorities, fisheries boards, Government Departments and the Environmental Protection Agency.
The Environmental Testing Company has the experience and expertise to monitor, assess and deliver solutions to any pollution that may arise from the activities of UK fisheries.
